Additional Shipping Policies

Order Cutoff & Processing

Orders placed by 12 PM EST typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the following business day.

Address Changes

Contact support within 60 minutes of placing your order for edits. For shipped orders, we can request a carrier intercept where available (fees may apply).

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS services. Expedited and Overnight options may be limited.

Signature Requirements

Signature may be required for orders $500+ or limited items. If you need to waive signature, contact support before shipment (waiver shifts liability).

Split Shipments

When an order contains a preorder or an item shipping from a different facility, we may split the shipment at no additional cost for Standard service. Expedited split options may incur a fee.

Preorders & Archive Items

Preorders ship by the stated release window. Archive items may require an extra day for re-verification before dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged

If your package shows no movement for 7 business days past ETA, contact us. Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of the last scan/delivery notice. Keep all packaging for inspection.

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

Refused or undeliverable parcels that return to us may incur return shipping and a restocking fee. We’ll contact you on receipt.

Returns & Return Shipping

Eligible returns must follow our Refund & Returns Policy. Domestic return labels are available; $8.95 may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error. International returns are customer-paid.
